Just a quick note to let you know that I interviewed Gaia's own Carol Skolnick and posted it at my Live on Purpose web site. It's a great informational interview all about The Work of Byron Katie and how Carol is a facilitator for The Work. She reveals a bit about her past and her depression, and she used The Work to pull herself up!

Hi Meenakshi. It’s a long written interview. I emailed her the questions, then she typed the answers in reply. I’m thinking about your suggestion, but the penalties for duplicating content are what is holding me back. SEO stuff is kind of tricky and if the exact same interview is posted in several places, my site may or may not get penalized by the search engines. That’s why I usually link to the original post and have people read it at the source.
I’ll figure something out! I know Carol’s spreading light!
